Simplus Australia is seeking a Principal Salesforce Technology Architect for our Philippines Delivery Center, offering remote work from the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering enterprise Salesforce projects with strong architecture leadership and ongoing collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Salesforce, experience as a Technical Architect, and deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Salesforce projects.
• Experience as a Technical Architect on multiple Salesforce projects.
• Experience in the consulting space with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of multiple Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript; familiarity with Salesforce toolkit (Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and reporting/presentation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and develop solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
• Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and develop engagement strategies.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform.
• Document and test custom development, integrations, and migrations for Salesforce projects.
• Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure proper design patterns.
