Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services to lead delivery of Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. You will oversee projects, guide teams, and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig with 2-3 onsite days per week. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Salesforce/CRM experience and a proven track record in leading complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce/CRM experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proven leadership of implementation or managed services engagements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration concepts.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; other certifications a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
