Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and consulting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of Salesforce consulting experience in Service Cloud.
• 2 years of BI/BA experience related to Salesforce tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead project teams and oversee delivery on accounts.
• Provide end-user support and handle configuration changes and bug fixes.
• Act as SME on Salesforce capabilities and mentor other team members.
