Job summary

Cleeng is seeking a CRM Specialist to enhance our platform's effectiveness in supporting revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a proven track record of optimizing business processes across various departments.

You will lead audits, overhaul the existing systems, and provide solutions that ensure seamless customer engagement strategies. This role also allows for significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive impactful changes within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
Current Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
Experience in complex CRM improvement and migration projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct a full-scale audit of the CRM environment with the Head of B2B Support.
Align business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Operations with CRM solutions.
Overhaul the Salesforce environment and its configurations.
Design and maintain automated workflows for customer engagement.
Manage daily CRM administration and user support.
