Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Operations and Automations Lead to own and elevate our data automation architecture.

You will bridge our core CRM and business operations, designing scalable data pipelines across Salesforce, billing systems, and reporting platforms. In this role you will drive governance, data quality, and automated reporting, transforming raw enterprise data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in data analysis, operations engineering, or data automation roles.
• 3+ years of deep experience administering and automating Salesforce; advanced Salesforce Flow knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and manage automated data pipelines across CRM, reporting, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Data Engineering & workflow automation: optimize Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and automated field updates.
• Oversee Salesforce data integrity, deduplication, and data transformations using APIs and data reporting/engineering platforms.
