Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Intermediate CRM & Systems Administrator (2–3 years) to manage and optimize our business platforms, focusing on HubSpot or Salesforce. You will handle day-to-day CRM operations, data transfers, and automation to ensure clean data and efficient workflows.

You will bridge business operations with cloud systems, building pipelines, dashboards, and insightful reporting while supporting cross-functional teams in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on CRM operations in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Active certification in HubSpot (Sales/Marketing/Operations) or Salesforce Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Integration Support in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Manage daily user requests, access permissions, and deal pipelines.
• Data migration, mapping, and cleansing from legacy CRMs or spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain automation workflows and lifecycle updates.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and SLAs.
