Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, speed-to-lead, or appointment setting.
• Strong understanding of speed-to-lead practices and prompt responsiveness to inquiries.
• High-energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience using CRM platforms and tracking sales pipelines.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospect research, cold calling, and proactive outbound outreach.
• Respond rapidly to new inbound leads to maximize contact rates and conversions.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Re-engage unresponsive leads and nurture prospects through persistent follow-up.
• Prepare and send quotes and follow up to encourage responses.
• Handle initial objections and maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and outcomes.
• Track sales activities and performance metrics to meet targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team on qualified leads and opportunities.
