Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation or appointment setting is required.
• Ability to respond quickly to inbound inquiries and manage fast-paced outreach.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate new leads through research, cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Respond rapidly to new inbound leads to maximize contact and conversions.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Re-engage unresponsive leads and nurture prospects.
• Prepare and send quotes and chase responses.
• Maintain CRM records of calls, statuses and outcomes.
• Track activities to meet KPIs and coordinate with the sales team.
