Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking motivated individuals for remote retention support. You will manage inbound calls to retain customers, educate them on solutions, and negotiate retention offers to maintain satisfaction.

You will work in a dynamic, globally distributed team with ongoing trainings, cross-skilling opportunities, and a strong emphasis on well-being. You’ll visit the BGC office to collect equipment as needed.

• Answer inbound retention calls: maintain positive customer relationships, provide resolution/education and negotiate using retention offers.
• Retain customers in compliance with company guidelines and protocols.
• Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, trainings.
• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling.
