Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking motivated individuals for remote retention support. You will manage inbound calls to retain customers, educate them on solutions, and negotiate retention offers to maintain satisfaction.

You will work in a dynamic, globally distributed team with ongoing trainings, cross-skilling opportunities, and a strong emphasis on well-being. You’ll visit the BGC office to collect equipment as needed.
