About the role

This is a remote sales position where you will actively identify and develop potential customer resources through phone calls, emails and instant messaging tools. You will establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide professional product and service recommendations to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Actively identify and develop potential customer resources by means of phone calls, emails and instant messaging tools


• Achieve the sales targets and performance indicators set by the company


• Establish and maintain good customer relationships over the long term, and enhance customer satisfaction


• Encourage customers to make repeat purchases and motivate them to refer new customers through word-of-mouth


• Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide professional product/service recommendation solutions


• Assist customers in completing the order placement and order processing procedures, ensuring a smooth transaction


• Track customer feedback, keep an eye on market trends, and promptly provide valuable information


• Submit sales work reports on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure clear and accurate data


• Participate in online product training and team collaboration activities, continuously enhancing professional skills

About you

• Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of conducting business communication without any obstacles


• At least 1 year of B2B sales or related work experience


• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in business affairs


• High level of self-motivation and capable of adapting to remote and independent working mode


• Works actively and proactively, has strong resilience to pressure, and is result-oriented
