Arbor Home is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own order accuracy and fulfillment from placement to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and warehouses, maintaining clear records in Shopify and internal tools while handling 30–60 open orders.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience with OMS/ERP systems. Fully remote from the Philippines, with Pacific Time hours and a focus on US customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in order management or related ops supporting US customers.
• Demonstrated accuracy under high volume; verify before acting.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization across concurrent orders.
• Excellent professional English on phone and in writing with US contacts.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable OMS/ERP and spreadsheets.
• Experience in building materials or freight-heavy e-commerce is a plus.
• Hands-on, high-volume operational role; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Order verification: review orders for accuracy before release and fix discrepancies.
• Procurement and fulfillment: confirm availability, place POs, arrange freight and tracking.
• Exception handling: resolve late/damaged/returns and inform the customer.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, support, and finance.
• System accuracy: maintain order status in Shopify and internal tools.
• Volume management: manage 30–60 open orders across multiple suppliers.
• Process improvement: flag issues and refine procedures as volume grows.
