Satellite Office, an Australian business, is hiring a dedicated customer service team member in the Philippines. You will answer calls, keep orders accurate and follow up on accounts, working with the current lead in a mixed role of front-line support and admin.

Requirements include 3+ years in customer service, excellent English, inbound/outbound experience, and ERP system familiarity. You’ll log interactions, coordinate with Operations, Finance and commercial teams, and support the Australian

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service, sales support, order entry or call-based B2B administration.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear phone manner.
• Experience with inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong order-entry accuracy: product codes, quantities, addresses, special instructions.
• Experience with an order-management, ERP or accounting system; training provided on ours.
• Comfort contacting customers to ask for payment updates; not a collections role.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, shared folders and Teams.
• Home-office setup with reliable internet, headset, quiet space.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday on Australian business hours.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls (about 15–20 a day) on order status, product availability, deliveries and accounts.
• Make proactive follow-up calls to existing customers about orders, backorders and overdue accounts.
• Enter manual orders from phone, email and order forms with checked details.
• Follow up on payments from an approved call list and record outcomes clearly.
• Log all calls and notes in shared systems for team visibility.
• Be the link between customer service, Operations, Finance and the commercial team.
• Support the Australian office with basic reports, filing and admin as needed.
