Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Sales Operation Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and sales support to the Sales Director and senior managers. You will manage CRM records, client communications, quotes, and proposals while coordinating calendars, travel, and documentation to keep sales activity organized.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of executive assistance or sales administration experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in executive assistance, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and maintaining client records, quotes, and sales activity.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, administrative, and sales support to the Sales Director and senior managers.
• Prepare client proposals, quotations, and supporting documents for review.
• Manage client deals, opportunities, and CRM records.
• Support account management by following up communications and tracking responses.
