Job summary

ELVTR is hiring a Sales Operations Support Representative for a full-time remote role. You will support the sales function’s efficiency, data integrity, and day-to-day operations while coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations.

UK work hours are 9 AM–6 PM, with potential shifts to 12 PM–9 PM to cover US clients. Responsibilities include system checks, responding to inquiries, assisting enrollments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, or a related role.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• At least C1 level of English.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks to ensure smooth functioning of core systems (CRM, tools, integrations) and data integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email with timely, high-quality service.
• Handle incoming customer calls and assist with enrollments as needed.
• Participate in sales conversations to support the team during busy periods.
• Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
• Maintain sales enablement resources, templates, payment links, and product docs.
• Curate and update the centralized library of sales resources and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations to smooth sales workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the sales cycle and operations.
• Suggest automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
