Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Advisor, or in a similar sales role.
• Proficiency in sales processes, CRM systems, pipeline tracking, payment monitoring, and collections management.
• Proven ability to engage prospective customers, present products or services clearly, and guide them through the sales process.
• Strong communication skills across email, messaging platforms, phone calls, video calls, and meetings.
• Ability to address customer concerns, maintain strong relationships, and support retention and engagement.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience coordinating across teams, supporting new team members, and contributing to process improvements.
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving individual and team performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads, customer records, and sales activity accurately within the CRM.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up through phone, messaging, email, and video calls.
• Qualify prospects, explain relevant offerings, and guide them through the sales and payment process.
• Work toward individual, team, and business sales targets while following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, payment records, supporting documents, and system registrations.
• Update sales reports, forecasts, trackers, and pipeline information regularly.
• Prepare closing and onboarding communications using approved templates and sales materials.
• Monitor pre-conversion and post-sale records to ensure information remains complete and current.
• Generate weekly non-payment reports and support payment-related follow-up activities.
• Process account changes, withdrawals, reactivations, and continuation requests accurately.
• Support referral and incentive campaigns designed to drive additional opportunities.
• Resolve customer questions and post-sale concerns promptly and professionally.
