Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing support.
• Strong sales follow-up via phone and email.
• Experience handling client quotations, proposals or materials.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Odoo CRM.
• Ability to manage orders, invoicing, shipping and webshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver client sales and design presentations.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and email.
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and update orders and quotes.
• Coordinate LinkedIn posts and marketing content.
• Support sales and marketing activities and initiatives.
• Manage and follow up on customer orders and related issues.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams.
