Job summary

Rippedboxstation is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead multi-channel campaigns on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) aligned to Australian time zones. The role focuses on planning, calendar management, cross-team collaboration, and performance analytics to drive growth.

You will develop content, support email and social campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across channels while managing budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Support the development of marketing materials, content, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other key marketing metrics.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance insights for management.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Help manage social media, email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and channels.
• Manage multiple marketing projects with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate events, promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members when required.
