Job summary

RippedBoxStation in the Philippines seeks a remote Sales & Marketing Support specialist to prepare presentations, quotes, and client communications. You will nurture leads, manage LinkedIn content, and update CRM records to support ongoing campaigns and translations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM is required.
• Experience preparing quotations, presentations, sales documents, and client communications.
• Experience handling client or prospect follow-ups through email and phone calls.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• German communication skills are a plus.
• Candidates without German proficiency should be comfortable using AI-assisted translation tools to support professional German communication when necessary.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, client requests, and deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with common productivity and communication tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online meeting platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
• Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM German Time, with possible schedules such as 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN depending on business requirements.
• Must be willing to work during holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional client presentations, sales materials, and related documents.
• Prepare, review, and send quotations to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls and email communications with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
• Assist in nurturing prospects throughout the sales process and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts and other marketing-related content.
• Support the client in implementing ongoing sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer, prospect, quotation, and follow-up records in Odoo CRM.
• Monitor CRM activities and ensure leads and opportunities are properly tracked and followed up.
• Coordinate with the client regarding sales opportunities, customer inquiries, and pending actions.
• Assist with basic market research, lead organization, and other sales and marketing administrative tasks as required.
• Use AI and productivity tools, when appropriate, to assist with translations, content preparation, research, and communication.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and prospects.
