Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist – LinkedIn Prospecting to support our sales efforts from the Philippines. This part-time role focuses on researching target markets, building qualified prospect lists, and using LinkedIn tools to connect with decision-makers.

You will conduct personalized outreach, follow-ups, and data maintenance in Odoo CRM, with a focus on expanding our European market and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, sales development, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience using Odoo CRM is REQUIRED.
• Strong written English skills for personalized outreach and emails.
• Experience building targeted prospect databases and identifying relevant contacts.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
• Experience supporting international sales or European market expansion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research target markets and build qualified prospect lists based on ICP, industry, and seniority.
• Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
• Follow up with prospects to generate interest and qualify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead databases with company details, contacts, emails, and profiles in Odoo CRM.
• Identify and collect prospect email addresses for outbound sales.
• Qualify prospects based on company profile and needs for the products.
• Support lead nurturing and appointment setting by engaging interested prospects.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain a consistent prospecting process for European expansion.
• Provide regular updates on prospecting activities and qualified leads.
