Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Sales / Account Manager for a 20 hours/week role aligned to Australian Time Zone. The position focuses on building lasting client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts from our Manila-based operations.

You will conduct product demonstrations, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure exceptional service and contract success.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and account management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
