Qualifications

• Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interactions.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and convert leads into bookings.
• Conduct client outreach and lead generation to increase bookings.
• Respond to emails and inquiries promptly with professional communication.
• Coordinate driver dispatch and monitor ETA updates; liaise between clients and drivers.
