Qualifications

• 3+ months of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan for dispatching, scheduling, and customer management.
• Experience in dispatching or customer service within US home services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing).
• Proven ability to maintain high inbound booking conversion rates and perform outbound follow-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with active listening.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fixed US CST hours from the Philippines with reliable power and internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage live dispatch and technician routing in ServiceTitan to maximize daily efficiency.
• Answer inbound calls and inquiries, maintaining 85%+ booking rate.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to rebook estimates and schedule maintenance.
• Monitor messages across ServiceTitan, portals, and social channels with 5-minute SLA.
• Coordinate with field technicians and operations to resolve schedule changes and escalations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in ServiceTitan.
• Assist with social media engagement by responding to inquiries and reviews.
