Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Sales Intelligence and Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role focuses on extracting, analysing, and reporting construction and project data to fuel the sales process.

You will work with BCI software and Estimate One, prioritise leads by project value, and deliver clear intelligence to improve sales conversations. This is not a leadership or customer-facing role; all communications are routed through the Team Leader or Head of Sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with BCI software and Estimate One is required.
• Strong Excel and data extraction skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Extract project, company, and contact data from BCI software, Estimate One, and other sources.
• Identify potential project opportunities aligned with offerings.
• Analyse construction and project data to identify trends and sales triggers.
• Prioritise leads based on value, relevance, and conversion likelihood.
• Prepare concise sales intelligence reports for the sales team.
• Provide decision-maker details and talking points to support sales engagement.
