Job summary

QuickTeam is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to own our sales pipeline end to end — researching leads, getting them on the phone, and moving them toward close. This is a remote role with EST hours and a full-time commitment.

You will research and qualify leads, perform outreach on LinkedIn, and maintain an organized CRM. Strong phone and English communication are essential, as is the ability to work independently with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Proven phone-based sales experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach for prospecting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Active LinkedIn account.
• Willing to work full-time 40 hours/week on EST schedule.
• Experience selling to US-based clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify leads online before outreach.
• Call both cold and warm leads and move toward a close.
• Run LinkedIn outreach — connecting and building relationships with prospects.
• Own and stay on top of your pipeline in the CRM, logging activity.
• Follow up consistently and keep deals moving.
