Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in the Australian promotional products industry. The role bridges inbound client inquiries and factory production, coordinating artwork proofs and supplier communications.

The position is a contracted, part-time role based remotely from the Philippines, with a 20-hour weekly schedule during AEST/AEDT business hours. You will manage quotes, client records, and order progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in the Australian promotional products, corporate gifting, or branded merchandise industry.
• Proven ability to manage the complete order lifecycle from initial quote to factory PO, proof sign-off, and courier tracking.
• Strong attention to PMS colors, vector file standards, order quantities and event deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries regarding branded merchandise, stock, and lead times.
• Source product options, calculate pricing markups, and prepare detailed quotes for Australian clients.
• Coordinate with designers and suppliers to verify proofs and production timelines.
• Monitor orders from placement to dispatch and resolve production bottlenecks or delays.
• Support invoicing and supplier bill reconciliation.
