Job summary

APD PROMOTIONS PTY LTD is seeking a remote Sales/Operations coordinator to support Australian teams. You will process orders, respond to quotes, and coordinate with local and offshore suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage production schedules, QA, and stakeholder communications to exceed client expectations while maintaining financial records and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in promotional products sales, print sales, or corporate merchandise sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong sales confidence and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently remotely.
• Organised and target-driven.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience using Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and samples promptly.
• Respond to and manage quote requests from clients.

About the role

You will work directly with Australian sales and operations teams on order processing, quote requests, and coordinating orders with local and offshore suppliers. You will ensure client orders are produced within the parameters of time, cost and quality, then delivered to the client as per the terms of the sale contract. You will monitor the production phase for quality assurance and on-time delivery, work collaboratively with all stakeholders to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• New order processing, including samples
• Respond to quote requests from clients
• Coordinate orders with local and/or offshore suppliers
• Ensure client orders are produced within the parameters of time, cost and quality, then delivered to the client as per the terms of the sale contract
• Provide production schedule reporting
• Monitor the production phase for quality assurance and on-time delivery
• Work collaboratively and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client expectations are exceeded
• Ensure all accounts payable and receivable are finalised within agreed payment terms
• Confirm and reconcile order costs, including freight to client, and report discrepancies outside tolerances
• Process invoices, record payments, track expenses, and keep financial records up to date
