BruntWork is seeking a proactive E-commerce Customer Support Representative for Apparel & Online Retail to support Australian and New Zealand customers. You will handle inquiries, assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and resolve product concerns during peak trading periods.

The role includes training, templates, and collaboration with the Ecommerce team. Requirements include 2+ years in ecommerce customer service, familiarity with apparel-related products, and experience with Zendesk or

• 2+ years in ecommerce customer service, preferably online retail.
• Experience with apparel, footwear, lifestyle or related consumer products is a plus.
• Ability to handle returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty inquiries per policy.
• Excellent written English; professional communication with Australian and New Zealand customers.
• Ability to follow templates while keeping interactions personalised and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries via email and messaging platforms.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates and tracking.
• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds with timely updates.
• Gather information for warranty/product-related concerns and escalate as needed.
• Provide product guidance including sizing, availability, discounts, and tax invoices.
• Use response templates while staying personalised and customer-focused.
• Identify sensitive or unusual cases and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and support reporting improvements.
