DCX PH Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional to handle order entry, setup, and confirmations. You will coordinate with Sales and vendors, ensuring accurate POs and smooth billing processes, while supporting multi-vendor sourcing and logistics for promotional products.

The role requires 1–2 years in related fields, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Google apps. Overnight shifts aligned with US hours are possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Experience in promotional industry or e-commerce is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage order entry and setup by placing orders and sending confirmations and tracking details.
• Coordinate order management and vendor POs; resolve discrepancies with Sales and maintain visibility.
• Support billing and reconciliation including vendor tracking, bill requests, and 30-day open orders.
• 2+ years experience in branded merchandise is a firm requirement.

• Manage order entry and setup by placing orders, creating sample orders, processing vendor prepayments/prebill invoices, and sending confirmations, proofs, and tracking details to clients.


• Coordinate order management and vendor POs, resolving order discrepancies with Sales and maintaining accurate, up-to-date order portals for visibility.


• Support billing and reconciliation, including vendor tracking, bill requests, tax adjustments, vendor bill discrepancies, and follow-up on 30-day open orders.


• Experience bar: the 2+ years in branded merchandise is flagged up front, since it is a firm requirement.


• Responsibilities: the Job Overview covers end-to-end swag sourcing, proofs, multi-vendor PO cross-checking, courier and customs coordination, and FedEx billing.


• Tools: CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Illustrator or Affinity Designer, and a sales CRM.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.


• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.


• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.


• Technical Skills:


• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.


• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.


• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


• Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific software.


• Experience with promotional products includes item research, ordering, and follow-up.
