Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based Project Manager, Outside Sales to support a US-based promotional products company.

You will manage client projects from order placement through delivery, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining clear client communication. The role requires 2–3 years in promotional products or related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight or US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming products to fit within client’s branded merchandise project.
• Providing formal quotes to clients.
• Building and placing sales orders.
• Reviewing and approving invoices.
• Reviewing and sending proofs to clients for approval.
• Day-to-day project management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee problem resolutions through completion.
• Place sample and spec orders requiring a factory PO.
• Point of contact for order questions during production.
• Update CRM as needed.
