Job summary

Wing is hiring an experienced Cold Caller to reach out to potential customers in the US markets. This remote role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations that create sales opportunities.

You will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, overcome objections, update CRM, and work toward daily and weekly targets. A 20-hour weekly schedule with US working hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Cold Calling or telemarketing.
• Strong spoken English with neutral accent.
• Experience handling US- or AUS-based accounts.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
• Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
• Update call results and notes accurately in CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
