Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as Appointment Setter or Lead Gen Specialist with international clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with CRMs, VoIP, and current technologies.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads in the construction industry.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
• Maintain CRM data with accurate prospect information.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
