Wing Assistant is looking for an experienced Cold Caller to engage potential customers in the US markets. In this fully remote position, you will make outbound calls, qualify leads, and achieve conversion targets.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of cold calling experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a US work hours setting. Competitive salary with performance incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
• Experience handling US or AUS‑based accounts.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
• Update call results and notes accurately in CRM.
