Aidey is an AI-first BPO delivering human-backed support from the Philippines. We are seeking an E-Commerce App Technical Support Specialist to deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries and to tailor support to each customer's business context.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, at least 1 year in SaaS technical support, hands-on HTML/CSS, and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on HTML and CSS experience.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems is required.
• Shopify experience is a plus (advantage).
• Experience providing support through live chat is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries in real time with clear, helpful guidance.
• Open and track Jira tickets, escalate internally when needed.
• Understand customer context (size, goals) to offer strategic support.
• Provide guidance on CRO best practices with support from CRO experts.
