Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web development and digital performance optimization.
• Strong experience in Shopify development, including customizations and third-party app integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and tracking implementation.
• Marketing mindset with a portfolio demonstrating tangible improvements to performance or user experience.
• Experience supporting marketing automation or CRM-related development projects a bonusInterest or experience in working with AI tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs a bonusStrong understanding of UX/UI design principles and how they impact conversion rates
• Analytical ability to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance websites, landing pages, and eCommerce stores (primarily Shopify).
• Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience to maximize conversions.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.Implement tracking and conversion setup using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure mobile responsiveness, and enhance website functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and paid media teams to ensure seamless web and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to enhance website effectiveness.
• Provide reporting and insights on web traffic, conversions, and customer behavior.
• Support marketing automation projects by assisting in the development and integration of systems that streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated tools and outputs for quality, usability, and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation tools that improve internal workflows or enhance
