Core Responsibilities

• Upload new products and maintain accurate information on the e‑commerce platform.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are up to date.
• Process orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
• Address customer inquiries about order status and shipping.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record‑keeping.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors or suppliers as needed.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered and no information is missed.
• Share any markdowns or updates with the team.
