Job summary

Tenant Turner is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You’ll be the first line of contact for users, handling live chat and email inquiries during US Eastern or Central business hours.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers to solutions, and contributing to knowledge base updates. Prior SaaS support experience and strong written English are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Experience with live chat and email support tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer questions and issues via live chat and email ticketing.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to the right solution.
• Resolve and track tickets accurately, escalating when needed.
• Help new customers get started with Tenant Turner.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates.
