Job summary

Tenant Turner is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be the first line of support for users, solving issues via live chat and email during US business hours.

We expect 2+ years in SaaS support, proficiency with HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk, and a strong command of written English. You’ll work independently, learn new software quickly, and help customers maximize value from Tenant Turner’s leasing platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, preferably SaaS or tech-focused.
• Proficient with live chat and email support tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).
• Excellent written English—clear, professional, and warm.
• Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple conversations.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office.
• Available to work US Eastern or Central business hours.
• Experience with property management platforms is a plus (AppFolio, Buildium).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer questions and issues via live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Resolve and track tickets, escalate when needed.
• Help new customers get started with Tenant Turner.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates.
