This role emphasizes clear written communication, careful note-taking, and escalations when needed. Training is provided, and you will work Eastern Time hours, 40 hours per week, in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support roles, preferably SaaS or online platforms.
• Excellent written English communication with clear, professional tone.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Comfort following documented procedures and onboarding workflows.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for inbox handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and Front platform.
• Respond with clear, accurate, and professional written responses.
• Assist landlords, property managers, and tenants using the software.
• Assist with customer onboarding and account setup tasks.
• Document interactions and escalate when needed to founders or specialists.
• Maintain organized inbox, categorize conversations, and track statuses.
• Follow up on aging or unresolved inquiries to close them.
• Ensure customers understand the next steps before closing inquiries.
