Qualifications

• At least 1 year of live chat support for a software/SaaS platform.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via online chat to assist SimpleTexting customers.
• Clarify customer needs, determine cause, and explain the best solution, following up to ensure resolution.
• Act as a compliance expert to ensure responsible texting.
• Contribute to writing internal and customer help documentation.
• Escalate bugs to the technical support team and participate in special projects.
