Celigo is a modern integration and automation platform enabling enterprises to connect, automate, and optimize processes. The Account Manager will nurture customer relationships, drive success, and grow revenue through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, while working US business hours from a remote location.

You’ll partner with Success, Product, Support, and Finance to deliver value and advocate for customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build relationships with empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Solid Salesforce experience; familiarity with Clari is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and expand the customer base, driving satisfaction and success.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to grow revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance for a seamless experience.
• Provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and customer feedback.
