Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Specialist to coordinate client care rosters for Support at Home programs. This remote role focuses on building strong client and family relationships, managing staff availability, and arranging replacements as needed.

You will balance care continuity with staffing needs and liaise with care partners while maintaining accurate schedules and supporting reporting and documentation to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Client management experience and ability to manage adversity.
• Solid understanding of personnel scheduling in dynamic environments.
• At least 2–3 years CRM experience (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent email and written communication.
• Familiar with CRM systems.
• Experience with healthcare and disability service provision is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client rostering and scheduling for Support at Home services.
• Maintain and communicate service schedules to clients and families.
• Manage short-notice changes and arrange replacements to minimise disruption.
• Liaise between clients, care partners, staff and internal support teams.
• Ensure documentation and records reflect approved services and funding.
