Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler with team lead experience to manage caregiver schedules for US-based clients from a remote location. You will coordinate shifts, communicate changes, and support caregivers and clients to ensure reliable, compassionate home care.

Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, highly organized, and capable of working with WellSky and VoIP systems. This role includes light recruitment tasks and collaboration with the operations team to maintain smooth staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, healthcare or home care is a bonus.
• Must be calm under pressure and well organized.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or clock-ins.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update records in WellSky and be trained on it.
• Flag issues with ops to keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
