Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO in the Philippines is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients. You will roster care workers and ensure smooth operations by managing rosters and changing schedules as needed.

This role requires at least one year of scheduling experience in community aged care or related AU-focused work. The position offers remote or flexible hybrid work and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• At least a year of professional experience as a scheduler or rostering officer in community aged care, NDIS or related industry handling AU clients.
• Excellent client service with ability to build rapport with Clients, families, Carers and referral sources.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
• Forward planner and analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment and work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Ability to develop/implement and evaluate organizational documentation and systems.
• Ability to promote a positive culture where staff are valued.
• Excellent Computer literacy - Enterprise Management Software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with handling high volume of incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
• Scheduling services for clients by rostering Care workers based on qualifications and availability; creating master rosters and managing daily changes.
• Managing system Shift notes and redirecting as per intended recipient.
• Preparing invoices and mailing out in due manner.
• Updating mandatory compliance items in due manner.
• The role is fast-paced, and you must multi-task and adapt well under pressure.
