Job summary

Ladmins is seeking an RFP Operations Supervisor in the Philippines to lead end-to-end RFP processes, ensuring compliant, competitive, and timely proposals. You will bridge the RFP team with executive leadership and drive measurement of performance.

You will supervise the RFP Coordinator, QA Coordinator, and Writer, enforce SOPs, and push adoption of productivity tools while reporting to the COO on pipeline and improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong process orientation; design, document, and enforce SOPs.
• Proficiency with CRM, proposal management software, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong accountability mindset with ability to set clear expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in RFP or proposal management, preferably in government contracting or services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RFP lifecycle, including capture, Go/No-Go assessment, confirmation, proposal preparation, quality control, and customer delivery.
• Supervise and develop the RFP Coordinator, RFP QA Coordinator, and RFP Writer.
• Enforce process discipline and accountability across the RFP team while maintaining high performance standards.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of technology and productivity tools to streamline proposal workflows.
• Report directly to the COO on team performance, pipeline status, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead Go/No-Go decision discussions and ensure alignment before committing resources.
• Monitor and support certification pursuits, including state, federal, and other applicable certifications.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements across the RFP function.
