Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Operations Team Lead to work from home in the Philippines. You will supervise a dedicated Ad Ops team, plan coverage, monitor delivery, and ensure quality across campaigns.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Ad Operations, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with major ad platforms. You will coach staff, manage client communications and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three years hands-on Ad Operations experience; five+ years preferred.
Experience supervising/leading an operational team including coaching and performance feedback.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, etc.
Proficient Excel skills and working knowledge of Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

Direct daily team activities, assign and prioritize work; monitor queues and ensure deadlines.
Manage schedules, attendance, leave, shifts, and staffing risk with the manager.
Set performance expectations and provide coaching and follow-up; support corrective action.
Monitor dashboards, quality, delivery times, and service levels; escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate escalations, root-cause analysis, and action plans with stakeholders.
Assist with ad operations tasks to maintain service continuity when needed.
