AddForce Human Resources Solution Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for a hybrid role in Quezon City, Philippines. The position requires 8+ years in proposal writing, 5+ years of people management, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities include leading RFP/RFI responses, coordinating with sales and delivery teams, and maintaining client relationships. Night shifts and PH holiday work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Banking/Financial Services industry experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years of proposal writing experience.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Amenable to permanent night shift and PH holiday work.
• Willing to work onsite during the 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and senior management.
• Manage end-to-end completion of RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and regional proposal teams.
• Handle client escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and team performance.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposal documents.
• Draft customized proposals for unsolicited bids.
• Conduct project management within tight deadlines.
