Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in daily business operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high team performance.

You will lead recruitment-focused operations within an RPO framework, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and sustain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in RPO environments.
• Proven recruitment background with operational context.
• Strong communication skills across teams and clients.
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and/or RPO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Lead, coach, and support employees while monitoring productivity and performance
• Track KPIs, targets, attendance, quality, and overall team performance
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist with workforce planning, schedules, and staffing requirements
• Handle operational concerns, escalations, and employee or client issues
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations
