Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced proposal professional to support large bids and lead smaller proposals across regions, coordinating content and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

You will manage qualifications, production schedules, and document design while aligning with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development to craft compelling resumes, past performance sections, and visuals that strengthen bid responses for a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Night shift availability (9PM–6AM Manila time) required.
• At least 4 years bid support experience in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and RFQ/P proposal processes.
• Experience in proposal and presentation writing and production.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of graphic design and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Salesforce highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assists with large proposals and leads small to medium proposals across regions.
• Coordinates content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule and templates.
• Provides conceptual leadership for document design and may lead writer/editor tasks.
• Facilitates color review processes and implements lessons learned in proposals.
• Participates in go/no-go analyses and alignment with capture planning and positioning.
• Completes internal debriefs and reviews client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Liaises with business line, operations, and development teams to support marketing information.
