Job summary

Esusu is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our RevOps Team. Based remotely in the Philippines, you will partner with Account Executives/Managers to drive efficiencies, support client communications, manage day-to-day operations for reps, and assist with CEO-level reporting.

You will own Salesforce governance, optimize data flows, and design SOPs to scale revenue processes. This role emphasizes Jira-like project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, B2B Automation Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any Revenue-Facing AI Tools.
• Admin experience with Salesforce is good to have.
• Experience with Large Data Management and Data analysis via Spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Ops projects by translating GTM requirements into technical user stories and managing sprint backlogs.
• Govern opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce to ensure deals meet contract requirements before closure.
• Manage cross-functional request queue and resolve deal-desk issues with trend analysis for friction reduction.
• Own data governance and centralized tracking for leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue records.
• Operate outbound sequences and plays in Apollo.io to support partnerships and revenue goals.
• Deliver external partner reports and support quarterly reviews with Leadership and CEO Office.
